Recycling lines for recycling E-Waste such as Li-Ion electric batteries from electric cars and other devices.

Our company MVE-Energo represents several European manufacturers and we are their partner for the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic, both in the area of sales and in the area of servicing equipment or entire processing lines.

Therefore, our company, in cooperation with many leading manufacturers, is able to identify and deliver turnkey solutions for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) – various types such as Li-Ion batteries from cars, batteries from PC´s, mobile phones, accumulators, equipment from common households such as refrigerators and others. The wastes come in different sizes and types. We are aware that battery recycling in particular, and not just electric cars, remains a significant problem. The production of this waste is exponential the solution of this waste does not yet have realistic, socially acceptable contours within the V4 countries, so it is necessary to pay attention to this in advance. By recycling waste, precious metals, e.g. such as lithium, cobalt, nickel or manganese can be recovered and reused.

Recycling lines for recycling Li-Ion batteries consisting of crushing under a protective atmosphere, with detection and extinguishing equipment, where the output product is finely crushed fractions such as:

  • Aluminium granulate
  • Copper granulate
  • Black mass
  • Liquid electrolyte – collected in IBC containers
